Sales and Service
We grant our clienis a twelve-month-period or 100,000-Km warranty for the vehicles exported from us. Within the waranty period of HOWO seres, HOWO A7 senies, Golden Prince Senes due to the reason of product matenial, manufactuning and instalment quality, the whole truck or part of truck breaks, the customer senice center will serve the client in duty without extra charge.
Warranty Regulations:
1. The valid date:12 months after the shipping date shown on B/L
2.The warranty period:
Basic parts: Within 12 months, for engine parts ,the driving distance does not exceed 100,000 Km;
Important pants: Within 12 months orthe drving distance does not exceed 60000 KM. warranty ends whichever ofthese time or diving distance occurs first
Common pants: Within 12 months or the diving distance does not exceed 5000 KM, warranty ends whichever of these time or driving distance occurs first
Spare parts delivery terms:
1.Upon the urgent request from our clients,we will ship the compensated spare parts by interational courier, such as DHL,TNT, UPS or Fedex. The courier will arive the designated destination within 5-7 days. The client will assume the courier expense.
2. For the regular claim for the spare pars, we will ship the compensated spare parts together with next shipment of new equipmenis. The shipment expense is free.
Spare parts beyond warranty period service:
1.After your purchasement we will provide a spare panrts list which easily damaged in2 years,as reference. You can buy some of them as your choice or we recommended.All the parts will be original and best quality with directly factory price.
2.We are looking for cooperaters to build a SINoTRUK spare aprts warehouse to supply all kinds of SINOTRUK trucks parts you can find and buy original parts from local market in future.
Technology support service:
1.One set of maintenance tools and manual books will be sent along with the truck
2.Response you in 36 hours about the maintenance solutions or spare parts purchasement
3.You can also send your engineers or drivers to china.we will train them products lessons. operating lessons and maintenance lessons. If quantity is big. we can arrange engineer to your site to train them.
